Biological Activity
ML367 is a potent micromolar inhibitor of the ATPase family AAA domain-containing protein 5 (ATAD5). It blocks DNA repair pathways and general DNA damage responses, including UV-stimulated phosphorylation of RPA32 and phosphorylation of CHK1.in vitro
ML367 (0-40 μM, 16 hours) inhibits FLAG-ATAD5 stabilization in HEK293T cells in the presence or absence of 20 μM 5-FUrd.
