通用方法:在干燥的反应容器中,将藜芦醛(500 mg,1.0当量)和丙二酸(981 mg,2.0当量)溶于二甲基甲酰胺(5 mL)中,随后加入DABCO(105 mg,0.2当量)。将反应混合物在100-110°C下搅拌反应60-90分钟。反应进程通过薄层色谱(TLC)监测。反应完成后,将混合物缓慢倒入冰水中,用乙酸乙酯(3×10 mL)萃取。合并有机相,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤并减压浓缩。粗产物通过从氯仿/己烷混合溶剂中重结晶纯化,得到3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸,收率良好。
