MIPS-21335 is an PI3KC2α inhibitor (IC50: 7 nM). MIPS-21335 also inhibits PI3KC2β, p110α, p110β and p110δ (IC50: 0.043, 0.140, 0.386, 0.742 μM). MIPS-21335 has antithrombotic effect[1].
