RCS-4 3-methoxy isomer is an RCS-4 analog whose design is based on the structure of the synthetic cannabinoid JWH 018 (K_is = 9.0 and 2.94 nM for binding to the central (CB₁) and peripheral (CB₂) cannabinoid receptors, respectively). The biological activity of RCS-4 3-methoxy isomer has not been reported.
