BN 50341 is an antithrombotic platelet activating factor inhibitor.
Uses
BN 50341 is an orally active anticalcic agent and a benzazepine derivative. BN 50341 decreases the in vivo electrically induced thrombus formation in rat or guinea-pig artery and can be utilized in cardiovascular research[1].
