What are the characteristics of polyimide film prepared using CBDA as the raw material?

Studies have shown that CBDA fluorinated polyimide (PI) prepared by a two-step polycondensation reaction of 1,2,3,4-Cyclobutanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride (CBDA) with four fluorinated aromatic diamines TFDB, 6FAPB, 6FAPE and 6FBAB has excellent solubility, good thermal stability and optical transparency. The resulting PIs exhibit excellent solubility in aprotic polar solvents such as NMP, DMAc, DMF, and DMSO. These PIs exhibit excellent thermal stability, with a 10% thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 457°C and a glass transition temperature exceeding 267°C under nitrogen. In addition, the prepared PI film exhibits good optical transparency in the visible light region (400~700nm), with a transmittance of more than 80% at 450nm, and extremely low absorption at optical communication wavelengths of 1.30µm and 1.55µm.
