Is the 1,3-Bis(diphenylphosphino)propane(DPPP) ligand fluorescent?

1,3-Bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (DPPP) itself is a nonfluorescent diphosphine ligand. However, it reacts with hydroperoxide to form DPPP oxide, which emits fluorescence at an excitation wavelength of 352 nm and an emission wavelength of 380 nm, and can be used for biochemical detection of specific indicators.
