Cooling Agent WS-27

Cooling agent WS-27 is the latest addition to the WS series of flavor cooling agents. Compared to WS-23, it is more delicate and easier to dissolve. We have utilized a unique process to ensure the high purity of WS-27, successfully eliminating any potential bitter aftertaste present in previous products. It primarily targets the front of the mouth and tongue, providing a high impact and intense cooling sensation, making it suitable for a variety of product formulations.

Characteristics

· Great cooling effect: Provides a continuous and long-lasting cooling and refreshing effect without the pungency, irritation and tingling sensation of menthol and peppermint.

· Excellent heat resistance: sustained high temperature of 200 °C will not affect the cooling strength of the product, suitable for baking and other high temperature heating processes.

· Good compatibility: It is compatible with other flavors and can enhance the effect of flavors. It can also be used in combination with other cooling agents.

· Low dosage: 30-100 mg/kg can achieve good cooling effect.
