性状：L-亮氨酸为白色有光泽六面体晶体或白色结晶性粉末。略有苦味。于145～148℃升华。熔点293～295℃（分解）。在烃类存在下，在无机酸水溶液中性能稳定。每g溶于约40ml水和约100ml醋酸。微溶于乙醇（0.07％），溶于稀盐酸和碱性氢氧化物和碳酸盐溶液。不溶于乙醚。

用途：营养增补剂。属于必需氨基酸。。

DESCRIPTION: Glossy white hexahedral crystals or white crystalline powder. Slightly bitter taste. Sublimation is 145 ~ 148 ℃. Melting point is 293 ~ 295 ℃ (decomposition).It is stable in the inorganic acid aqueous solution in the presence of hydrocarbons. 1/g dissolved in approximately 40ml per 100ml of water and some acetic acid. Slightly soluble in ethanol (0.07%). Soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and alkali hydroxide and carbonate solution. Insoluble in ether.
