Working conditions

SuperNuclease Pro exhibits significantly higher activity than the widely used wild‑type nuclease from Serratia marcescens under most cell culture and virus harvest conditions.

SuperNuclease Pro can efficiently digest DNA and RNA in a wild range of NaCl conditions from 100 to 400 mM.

SuperNuclease Pro is compatible with PBS buffer and tolerant of low temperature and pH. It still maintains high activity in 20 mM PBS buffer at pH 7.0 and 25 °C, which poses a challenge to most other nucleases.

Usage Guide
