Description：GO-203是一种D型氨基酸的多肽片段，序列中含有16个氨基酸，具有细胞通透性，能抑制MUC1-C二聚化，因而抑制其致瘤作用。GO-203对过表达MUC1的SKCO-1和Colo-205结肠癌细胞处理以GO-203能下调TIGAR蛋白。GO-203在大肠癌细胞中能调节AKT-S6K1-elF4A信号，抑制p-AKT。GO-203的处理还可导致ROS的增加、线粒体跨膜电位损失。体内研究：在小鼠移植瘤模型中，GO-203可有效地抑制MUC1阳性的大肠癌细胞的生长和生存。它在乳腺移植瘤、前列腺移植瘤以及肺癌和某些恶性血液病中有抗瘤活性。

GO-203 is a peptide fragment of D-type amino acids, containing 16 amino acids in its sequence. It exhibits cell permeability and inhibits MUC1-C dimerization, thereby suppressing its tumorigenic effects. Treatment with GO-203 downregulates the TIGAR protein in SKCO-1 and Colo-205 colon cancer cells overexpressing MUC1. In colorectal cancer cells, GO-203 modulates the AKT-S6K1-elF4A signaling pathway and inhibits p-AKT. Additionally, GO-203 treatment leads to increased ROS levels and mitochondrial transmembrane potential loss. In vivo studies: In mouse xenograft models, GO-203 effectively inhibits the growth and survival of MUC1-positive colorectal cancer cells. It demonstrates antitumor activity in breast and prostate xenografts, as well as in lung cancer and certain hematologic malignancies.
