名称Phosphoramide mustard cyclohexanamine
描述Phosphoramide mustard cyclohexanamine is the active metabolite of cyclophosphamide, an alkylating agent that cross-links DNA strands, organizes cell division and causes cell death, and has antitumor activity.
体外活性Phosphoramide mustard cyclohexanamine 可在小鼠造血生化诱导颗粒细胞（SIGC）中诱导 DNA 交联和 DNA 损伤，抑制细胞活力。细胞活性实验显示，药物在 3 μM 和 6 μM 时可显著降低细胞活性（作用时间 48 小时），提示其具有剂量依赖的细胞毒性作用。此外，Phosphoramide mustard cyclohexanamine 可上调 DNA 损伤反应（DDR）相关基因的 mRNA 表达水平与蛋白表达，激活 DDR 通路[1]。
体内活性在大鼠实验中，给予 3-6 mg/kg 剂量的 Phosphoramide mustard cyclohexanamine 可降低骨髓造血细胞活力，并在 24-48 小时内诱导 DNA 加合物的形成和明显 DNA 损伤[1]。
