resDetect™ Human Interleukin-18 (IL-18) ELISA Kit (Residue Testing) is based on the ELISA sandwich method and is used to detect and quantitatively determine GMP human IL-18 in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. The kit contains GMP human IL-18 (ACROBiosystems, cat#GMP-L18H16) to ensure accurate assay results and is designed to provide a reliable solution for CAR-T product quality assessment during drug development and CMC quality control stages. It can also be used as a universal detection tool for the quantitative determination of human IL-18.

应用说明（Application）

The kit is developed for the detection and quantitative determination of IL-18 in cell culture supernates, serum, and plasma.

It is for research use only.

存储（Storage）

1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.

2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.

3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

背景介绍

白细胞介素-18（IL-18）是IL-1家族中关键的促炎细胞因子，主要由活化的巨噬细胞和树突状细胞产生，能协同IL-12诱导T细胞和NK细胞产生IFN-γ，增强抗肿瘤免疫。但IL-18的异常高表达也与类风湿关节炎、炎症性肠病、巨噬细胞活化综合征等自身免疫和炎症性疾病密切相关。因此，IL-18不仅是免疫调控的重要靶点，也是疾病诊断和药物研发中的关键生物标志物。

在CAR-T、TCR-T等细胞治疗产品的开发和生产中，对IL-18残留水平的精确监控是质量控制（QC）的核心环节，直接影响产品安全性和批间一致性。本试剂盒基于双抗体夹心ELISA法，采用GMP级别的人IL-18作为标准品，用于定量检测细胞培养上清、血清及血浆样本中的人IL-18蛋白。灵敏度达37.5 pg/mL，检测范围37.5–1200 pg/mL，为抗体药物和细胞治疗产品的研发及CMC质控提供可靠的残留检测解决方案。
