Bioactivity

名称Liriodenine
描述Liriodenine is a natural alkaloid that induces apoptosis in various cancer cells by targeting caspase-3 and caspase-9, and exhibits antimicrobial, antifungal, antitumour, antiviral, and antiplatelet aggregation activities.
体外活性方法：Liriodenine （0.16-20 μg/mL，48小时）处理人口腔表皮样癌 （KB）、人结肠癌（Col-2 和 HT-29）、人乳腺癌 （MCF-7）、人肺癌（Lu-1 和 A549）、大鼠神经胶质瘤 （ASK） 和非癌性人胚胎肾细胞 （HEK-293），使用磺酰罗丹明 B 测定法测定细胞毒性。 结果：Liriodenine对 KB, HT-29, MCF-7, A549, ASK 和 HEK--293 细胞的IC50分别为 9.60 μM, 11.02 μM, 10.62 μM, 9.20 μM and 8.07μM。[2]
体内活性方法：liriodenine （0.01，0.1mg/kg，静脉注射）给大鼠，确定0.01mg/kg 的有效抗心律失常剂量的 liriodenine 是否对 Wistar 大鼠的左心室 （LV） -动脉耦合有影响。 结果：剂量为0.01mg/kg 的 Liriodenine 在基础心率 （HR）、心输出量 （CO）、LV 收缩末期压 （Pes）、Ea、Ees 和 Q负荷方面没有显着变化，相比之下，剂量为 0.1mg/kg 的 liriodenine 导致 HR 显着下降 2.0%，CO显著升高 5.8%，但 Pes 没有显着变化。此外，向大鼠施用 0.1mg/kg的 liriodenine 显着降低了 8.5% 的 Ees 和 10.6% 的 Ea，但没有改变 Q负荷。[3]
