名称Capsanthin
描述Capsanthin, an active constituent of chili peppers, functions as a TRPV1 agonist. Capsanthin induces nociceptive responses through receptor binding interactions. Capsanthin additionally demonstrates analgesic effects in neurological disorder-related studies and exhibits antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticarcinogenic activities. Capsanthin is extensively utilized in sensory neuroscience, pain signaling, inflammation biology, and ion channel pharmacology research.
体外活性Capsanthin（10 μM，2天）能抑制3T3-L1前体脂肪细胞的脂肪生成，其IC50值为2.5 μM[1]。 Capsanthin（5-200 μM，2天）剂量依赖性地诱导p-AMPK的活化[1]。
体内活性Capsanthin（高脂饮食+1 μmol/5 μmol/10 μmol；口服；14天）可增强雌性C57BL/6C小鼠的自发运动活动，且该效应呈剂量依赖性，并能持续减轻小鼠体重[1]。
