Bioactivity

名称ABX-IL8
描述ABX-IL8 is a humanized antibody targeting IL-8, which interferes with the tubular formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells, inhibiting angiogenesis, tumor growth, and metastasis in human melanoma.
体外活性ABX-IL8（100 μg/ml）不影响 A375SM 和 TXM-13 黑色素瘤细胞的增殖但下调金属蛋白酶 MMP-2 活性，制人黑色素瘤细胞侵袭。 ABX-IL8（100 μg/ml）直接干扰人脐静脉内皮细胞的小管形成。[1] ABX-IL8 阻断 IL-8 显著抑制 MMP-2 和 MMP-9 的表达、活性和转录，导致体外通过重构基底膜的侵袭减少。[2]
体内活性ABX-IL8 处理 （1 mg/3 次每周，腹腔注射，持续 3 周）皮下注射 A375SM 和 TXM-13 的裸鼠,结果显示 ABX-IL8 处理的小鼠中两种黑色素瘤的肿瘤生长均受到显著抑制。[1]
