描述Methyl cellulose (Viscosity: 15 mPa.s) is a non-ionic cellulose ether with surface activity and thermogelation properties. This viscosity grade of methyl cellulose is widely applied in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and construction industries, acting as a drug delivery carrier, thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier.
体内活性方法：将Methyl cellulose (Viscosity: 15 mPa.s)，以腹腔注射或口服方式给予 CF-1 小鼠，每周 2 次，持续 6 周，观察其体内安全性及组织病理学变化。 结果：Methyl cellulose (Viscosity: 15 mPa.s)经腹腔注射给药时可导致 CF-1 小鼠出现系统性组织病变，而口服给药时表现出良好的安全性 [1]。 备注 1.Methyl cellulose (Viscosity: 15 mPa.s)溶液应无固液分层，呈均匀透明、无颗粒状态。 2.Methyl cellulose (Viscosity: 15 mPa.s)完全溶解通常需要 4 小时或更长时间。
