描述[Leu5]-Enkephalin acetate(58822-25-6 free base) is an endogenous neuropeptide involved in nociception and an agonist of δ-opioid and μ-opioid receptors (Kis = 4.0 and 3.4 nM, respectively)
体内活性[Leu5]-Enkephalin在大脑、脑干、脊髓以及周围神经系统中发现。Leu-Enkephalin (1 mg/kg) 能降低由结肠扩张引起的小鼠模型的内脏痛觉反应，具体表现为减少对结肠扩张刺激的内脏运动反应[1]。
