名称Disodium succinate hexahydrate
描述Disodium succinate hexahydrate (Wormwood acid (disodium hexahydrate)) is the disodium salt hexahydrate of succinic acid, possessing good water solubility and buffering capacity. In biochemical research, Disodium succinate hexahydrate is commonly used as a buffer component to maintain solution pH stability. In the food industry, it is used as an acidity regulator and flavor enhancer, possessing high safety and biocompatibility.
体内活性方法：在OECD TG 422重复给药与生殖/发育毒性联合筛选试验中，经口灌胃给予Crj:CD(SD) IGS大鼠0、100、300或1,000 mg/kg/day的Disodium succinate hexahydrate。 结果：最高1,000 mg/kg/day未观察到生殖或发育毒性。由于重复给药后出现包括肾功能生化变化在内的发现，雄性和雌性大鼠重复给药NOAEL分别为100和300 mg/kg/day；生殖/发育毒性NOAEL为1,000 mg/kg/day。[1]
