名称Magnesium oxide
描述Magnesium oxide is an inorganic salt used as an antacid to relieve heartburn, excess stomach acid, and stomach discomfort by neutralizing excess stomach acid. Magnesium oxide can also be used as a laxative to quickly and temporarily empty the bowels for the treatment of occasional constipation. Among all magnesium supplements, magnesium oxide contains the highest concentration of elemental magnesium, but its low water solubility results in low bioavailability.
体外活性方法： 人宫颈癌细胞 HeLa 和人前列腺癌细胞 PC3 用生物合成的 Magnesium oxide (MgO) NPs (62.5-2000 μg/mL) 处理 24 h，使用 MTT 方法检测细胞生长抑制情况，并通过倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化。 结果： Magnesium oxide (MgO) NPs 剂量依赖性地抑制 HeLa 和 PC3 癌细胞生长；对正常 Vero 细胞的毒性较低 [1]。 方法： 革兰氏阳性菌（Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538）和革兰氏阴性菌（Salmonella typhi ATCC 6539, Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 13883）用 Magnesium oxide (MgO) NPs (1000 μg/mL) 处理，使用琼脂孔扩散法检测抑菌圈大小，并使用肉汤微量稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)。 结果： Magnesium oxide (MgO) NPs 对 B. subtilis 抑菌圈最大，其次为 S. aureus、S. typhi 和 K. pneumoniae ，抗菌活性呈浓度依赖性[1]。
