描述Deoxyvasicinone is a natural alkaloid that acts as an inhibitor of translation, SUMOylation modification, and 15-human lipoxygenase in eukaryotic organisms.
体外活性方法：Deoxyvasicinone（0-100μM）处理人肝癌细胞 （HepG2）、人乳腺癌细胞 （MCF7） 和人肺癌细胞 （HCC827），CCK8测定细胞毒性。 结果：Deoxyvasicinone对 HepG2、MCF7 和 HCC827的IC50值为5.7、7.21和0.75μM。[2]
