描述(E)-6-O-p-Coumaroyl scandoside methyl ester is a natural product discovered in Oldenlandia diffusa suitable for biochemical experiments and drug synthesis research.
体外活性白花蛇舌草（Hedyotis diffusa）是一种用于癌症治疗的中草药，常被近缘种伞房花耳草（Hedyotis corymbosa）掺假。通过薄层色谱（TLC）和高效液相色谱（HPLC）化学分析可鉴别二者。研究人员在白花蛇舌草中鉴定出两种专属标志性化合物：(E)-6-O-p-Coumaroyl scandoside methyl ester 与10(S)-hydroxypheophytin a。这两种化合物对人雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞PC3均显示出中等抗增殖作用，其中10(S)-hydroxypheophytin a对人雄激素敏感性前列腺癌细胞LNCaP还表现出强效抗增殖作用。这些生物活性标志化合物可用于白花蛇舌草的真伪鉴别与质量评估。[1]
