名称Tomatine (Standard)
描述Tomatine (Standard) is a reference standard of Tomatine (T3786), suitable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and biochemical experiments. Tomatine (lycopersicin) is a glycoalkaloid found in tomato plants. Tomatine promotes the upregulation of nuclear apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) in neuroblastoma cells and also inhibits 20S proteasome activity. Tomatine induces neurotoxicity in a RIP1 kinase- and caspase-independent manner.
