Bioactivity

名称Strictosidinic acid
描述Strictosidinic acid is a glycosylated indole monoterpene alkaloid isolated from the leaves of Psychotria myriantha. Strictosidinic acid exhibits oral bioactivity, inhibiting the precursor enzymes involved in 5-HT biosynthesis and reducing 5-HT levels. Strictosidinic acid possesses analgesic and antipyretic activity.
体外活性方法：大鼠脑线粒体与不同浓度 Strictosidinic acid(0.1–500 μg/mL)，在37°C预孵育30分钟，荧光法检测MAO-A和MAO-B的活性抑制率。 结果：Strictosidinic acid浓度依赖性地抑制MAO-A活性，IC50 = 150.1 ± 1.25 μg/mL，最大抑制率为 68.67% 。[1]
体内活性方法：雄性Wistar大鼠腹腔注射 Strictosidinic acid (10 mg/kg)，给药后60分钟处死，取海马组织。 结果：与对照组相比，Strictosidinic acid 处理组海马内 5-HT水平降低63.4%，DOPAC水平降低67.4% 。[1]
