名称Luteolin (Standard)
描述Luteolin (Standard) is a reference compound for analytical and biochemical research involving Luteolin. Luteolin (Standard) belongs to the flavonoid class and functions as a Nrf2 inhibitor and PDE inhibitor. Luteolin (Standard) is utilized in biomedical research focused on flavonoid signaling modulation, oxidative stress regulation, inflammatory pathway analysis, and enzyme inhibition profiling across tumor, infectious, and allergic disease models.
体外活性方法： 以不同浓度 Luteolin 分别处理人肺癌 NCI-H460 细胞，设置对应作用时长，检测细胞活力、细胞周期、细胞凋亡及相关蛋白表达。 结果： 1.0~160 μM Luteolin 作用 24 h，可浓度依赖性抑制 NCI-H460 细胞活力 。 2.Luteolin 20~80 μM 作用 24 h，造成细胞 S 期阻滞 。 3.Luteolin 320~580 μM 作用 48 h，可诱导细胞凋亡。 4.Luteolin 20~80 μM 作用 24 h，可浓度依赖性上调 Bax/Bcl-2 比值；仅 80 μM 可下调 Bad 表达，同时该浓度区间可浓度依赖性降低 Sirt1 蛋白水平 。
体内活性方法：对高脂高糖饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎模型雄性 Wistar 大鼠，每日灌胃 10~100 mg/kg Luteolin，连续干预 12 周，评价抗氧化能力及炎症相关通路变化。 结果：Luteolin 具备抗氧化活性，可靶向抑制 IL-1、IL-18 促炎通路，有效预防大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎 [2]。
