名称	α-L-Fucopyranos
描述	α-L-fucopyranose, an endogenous metabolite and six-carbon deoxyhexose, is present at the terminal or anterior position of many cell surface oligosaccharide ligands, mediates cell recognition and adhesion signaling pathways, and is a potentially critical molecule in pathological processes, including tumors.
体外活性	方法：α-L-Fucopyranos（5 mg/ml， 10 mg/ml，4小时）处理RAW264.7 巨噬细胞，收集细胞以通过 qPCR 定量 IL-6 和 MCP-1 的水平。结果：定量 PCR 结果表明，在 RAW264.7 细胞中，Mcp1和 Il6的水平以浓度依赖性方式降低（图 5C），α-L-Fucopyranos可以在体内和体外缓解炎症。[2]
体内活性	方法：α-L-Fucopyranos（100mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周三次）治疗 HuCCT-1 细胞移植的肿瘤模型小鼠，每天测量肿瘤体积和体重。结果：α-L-Fucopyranos治疗组肿瘤大小、血管生成和硬度指数均降低，表明α-L-Fucopyranos可以抑制小鼠体内肿瘤的生长。[3]
