Description：AUNP-12是一种新型的免疫检查点调节剂，是PD-1信号通路的抑制剂多肽，序列中含有29个氨基酸，肽链中具有分支结构，赖氨酸侧链接上一个7个氨基酸的支链。在表达hPDL2的HEK293细胞中，对淋巴细胞增殖和效应功能方面对PD-L1和PD-L2表现出等效的拮抗作用。EC50为0.72 nM；在表达hPDL1的MDA-MB231细胞中，PBMC增殖试验中，EC50为0.41 nM。

AUNP-12 is a novel immune checkpoint regulator and an inhibitor peptide of the PD-1 signaling pathway. It contains a sequence of 29 amino acids and has a branched structure in the peptide chain, with a 7-amino acid side chain linked to the lysine side. In HEK293 cells expressing hPDL2, equivalent antagonistic effects were observed on PD-L1 and PD-L2 in terms of lymphocyte proliferation and effector function. The EC50 was 0.72 nM; in MDA-MB231 cells expressing hPDL1, the EC50 was 0.41 nM in the PBMC proliferation assay.
