Description：ABT-510是一种抗血管生成TSP肽 (thrombospondin-1 类似物)，序列中含有9个氨基酸，并且包含两个非天然氨基酸，能诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡并抑制上皮性卵巢癌正位、同种异体模型中的卵巢肿瘤生长。ABT-510还可减少小鼠炎症性肠病模型的血管生成和炎症反应。ABT-510可用于癌症 (尤其是上皮性卵巢癌) 以及炎症性肠病 (IBD) 的研究。

ABT-510 is an anti-angiogenic TSP peptide (thrombospondin-1 analog) with a sequence of nine amino acids, including two non-natural amino acids. It induces tumor cell apoptosis and inhibits ovarian tumor growth in orthotopic and allogeneic models of epithelial ovarian cancer. ABT-510 also reduces angiogenesis and inflammatory responses in mouse models of inflammatory bowel disease. It is applicable for research on cancer (particularly epithelial ovarian cancer) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
