描述	ABT-510 acetate is an endogenous anti-angiogenic TSP peptide inhibitor, a thrombospondin analog, with anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-angiogenic activity that induces apoptosis and inhibits ovarian tumor growth in an orthotopic, syngeneic model of epithelial ovarian cancer.ABT-510 acetate reduces angiogenesis and inflammatory responses in a mouse model of inflammatory bowel disease. ABT-510 acetate reduces angiogenesis and inflammation in mouse models of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and can be used in cancer research, particularly in epithelial ovarian cancer, as well as in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
体外活性	ABT-510 acetate （1, 5, 10, 20, 50 nM; 24小时）在ID 8细胞中诱导凋亡，并增加了人类上皮癌细胞系SKOV3、OVCAR3和CAOV3的凋亡发生率。[1] ABT-510 acetate （0-10 μM; 7天）抑制NO刺激的血管细胞生长及入侵到细胞外基质中，阻断肿瘤驱动的血管细胞生长、NO驱动的cGMP通量以及CD36介导的脂肪酸摄取。[3]
体内活性	ABT-510 acetate （100 mg/kg；腹腔内；每日一次，连续90天）在体内诱导细胞凋亡并显著减小小鼠上皮性卵巢肿瘤大小、腹水体积以及次级病损扩散。[1] ABT-510 acetate （60 mg/kg；皮下渗透泵；每日一次，连续7天）减少了炎症性肠病小鼠模型中的血管新生和炎症。[2]
