研究背景：IL-2R gamma (CD132) 是 IL-2 的一种受体，是 I 型细胞因子受体家族和 5 型亚家族的成员。IL-2R gamma 在白细胞亚群和人类单核细胞中表达[1][3]。人 IL-2R γ 由胞外结构域 (L23-A262)、螺旋结构域 (V263-L283) 和胞质结构域 (E284-T369) 组成。 不同物种的IL-2Rβ的氨基酸序列不同。人 IL-2R gamma 与小鼠和大鼠的氨基酸序列同一性 IL-2R γ 对 IL-2 的亲和力较低，但与 IL-2R β 形成异二聚体时，对 IL-2 具有中等亲和力。当 IL-2 浓度相对较高时，IL-2R β/γ 异二聚体复合物会转导信号[1]。IL-2Rγ可被IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-9、IL-15受体利用，参与淋巴细胞及其他细胞的发育、活化、增殖、分化和调节。类型[2]。IL-2R gamma 受到 IL-2 和 IFN gamma[3] 的严格上调。L-2R gamm 突变会导致人类 X 连锁严重联合免疫缺陷 (XSCID)[4]。 IL-2R gamma 参与炎症反应，并介导细胞活化[1]。
