Description：Alloferon是一类从细菌感染的果蝇分离得到的十三肽，具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎症、免疫调控的多重生物活性，其发挥作用的机理类似免疫调节肽，通过激发机体自然杀伤细胞NK的细胞毒杀作用及促进干扰素INF-α来发挥其生物活性。2003年，Alloferon成功在俄罗斯上市，临床适应症为女性人乳头瘤病毒HPV感染。鉴于Alloferon的独特优势，如无细胞毒性、无免疫原性、无突变或致癌效应、无胚胎毒性、无生殖毒性，对于其衍生物的研究将为创造出更高效、安全的抗菌肽AMP、抗肿瘤多肽ACP。

Alloferon is a class of tridecapeptides isolated from bacteria-infected fruit flies, exhibiting multiple biological activities such as antitumor, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory effects. Its mechanism of action resembles that of immunomodulatory peptides, functioning by stimulating the cytotoxic activity of natural killer (NK) cells and promoting interferon INF-α to exert its biological effects. In 2003, Alloferon was successfully marketed in Russia, with clinical indications for female human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Given Alloferon's unique advantages, such as non-cytotoxicity, non-immunogenicity, absence of mutagenic or carcinogenic effects, embryotoxicity, and reproductive toxicity, research on its derivatives will contribute to the development of more efficient and safer antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) and antitumor polypeptides (ACPs).
