**Background of GATA2/3 Antibodies**

GATA2 and GATA3 are transcription factors belonging to the GATA family, characterized by conserved zinc finger DNA-binding domains that recognize the consensus sequence (A/T)GATA(A/G). These proteins play pivotal roles in cellular differentiation, proliferation, and tissue development. **GATA2** is essential for hematopoiesis, endothelial cell function, and the maintenance of hematopoietic stem cells.
