Description：比伐芦定是一种人工合成的抗凝血药物，是水蛭素的20肽类似物，肽链中含有较多的羧基，是一条酸性多肽，于2000年获准在美国上市。比伐芦定能与凝血酶催化位点和阴离子外结合位点发生特异性结合，直接抑制凝血酶的活性，从而抑制凝血酶所催化和诱导的反应，其作用是可逆的。比伐芦定主要作为抗凝剂用于成人择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)。

Bivalirudin is a synthetic anticoagulant drug, which is a 20-peptide analogue of hirudin. The peptide chain contains more carboxyl groups, and is an acidic peptide. It was approved to be listed in the United States in 2000. Bivalirudin can bind specifically with the thrombin catalytic site and the anion external binding site, directly inhibit the activity of thrombin, and thus inhibit the reaction catalyzed and induced by thrombin, and its effect is reversible. Bivalirudin is mainly used as an anticoagulant in adult selective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
