名称	N-Acetyl-L-cysteine ethyl ester
描述	N-Acetyl-L-cysteine ethyl ester (NACET) is a derivative of the amino acid-L-cysteine. N-Acetyl-L-cysteine ethyl ester has been shown to have a wide range of biochemical and physiological effects, including inhibition of protein synthesis, inhibition of DNA replication, and induction of apoptosis. It has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-cancer activity.
体外活性	在2 mM H2O2引起的同时氧化应激下，N-Acetyl-L-cysteine ethyl ester (NACET) 在0.4 mM浓度时对RPE细胞表现出强大而显著的保护作用。此外，当RPE细胞受到有机ROS生成剂tert-Butyl hydroperoxide (t-BOOH) 的压力时，NACET处理亦展现出增强的保护效果。在0.2 mM和1 mM的浓度下，NACET显著提高了细胞内GSH和半胱氨酸的水平，以及细胞外总GSH[2]。
