名称	L-Cysteinesulfinic acid
描述	L-Cysteinesulfinic acid is an endogenous neurotransmitter with agonistic effects on a variety of metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs), including mGluR1, mGluR5, mGluR2, mGluR4, mGluR6, and mGluR8, with a pEC50 = 2.7 to 4.0. L- Cysteinesulfinic acid is a pld-coupled agonist of metabotropic excitatory amino acid (EAA) receptors.
体外活性	在表达 mGluR1、mGluR5 和 mGluR8 的 CHO 细胞中，使用 L-Cysteinesulfinic acid (L-CSA）处理 45 分钟（37°C），通过测定 [³H]-肌醇磷酸的累积量来评估受体激活情况。结果显示，L-CSA 能激活 mGluR1 和 mGluR5，诱导 IP 生成，虽然效力低于 L-谷氨酸，但仍具有显著活性。在表达 mGluR2、mGluR4 和 mGluR6 的细胞中，L-CSA 抑制了 forskolin 诱导的 cAMP 生成，提示L-CSA通过抑制腺苷酸环化酶激活这些 Gi/o 偶联受体 [1]。
