Bioactivity

名称	Lactacystin
描述	Lactacystin is an orally active, irreversible, and cell-permeable proteasome inhibitor (IC50 = 4.8 μM) that also inhibits the lysosomal enzyme cathepsin A. It induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest, possesses anticancer, antiviral, and antioxidant activities, can penetrate the blood-brain barrier, and is commonly used in the construction of Parkinson’s disease and dementia models.
体外活性	方法：Lactacystin（2.5–10 μg/ml，48小时）处理 RA 分化的 SH-SY5Y 细胞，以选择用于 celastrol 研究的有效浓度。结果：Lactacystin浓度为 10 μg/ml （26.4 μM） SH-SY5Y 细胞活力降低 40-50%。[3]
体内活性	方法：Lactacystin（5 μg/2 μl）单侧给药到大鼠左侧 SNc 中，研究对大鼠体重的影响。结果：Lactacystin可以使大鼠体重减少。[3]
