名称	6-Formylpterin
描述	6-Formylpterin (Pterin-6-aldehyde) is an inhibitor of Xanthine Oxidase (Ki ~0.6 nM) with potent neuroprotective effects against transient IRI in gerbils.6-Formylpterin induces intracellular ROS generation in HL-60 cells as well as apoptosis ( 6-Formylpterin inhibits the expression of iNOS, produces hydrogen peroxide intracellularly and restores the impaired bactericidal activity of human neutrophils.
体外活性	6-Formylpterin (0.5、1 和 2 mM；3 小时；HL-60 细胞、Jurkat 细胞) 诱导 HL-60 细胞凋亡，并抑制 Jurkat 细胞中 Fas 介导的细胞凋亡。[1] 6-Formylpterin (2 mM) 在 HL-60 细胞中能产生 ROS。[1]
