名称	G6PD activator AG1
描述	G6PD activator AG1 is a glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) agonist that promotes glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) oligomerization to a catalytically competent form. G6PD activator AG1 reduces oxidative stress in cells and zebrafish, reduces chloroquine or diamide-induced oxidative stress in human erythrocytes, and can be used to study glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
体外活性	G6PD activator AG1（1-5 μΜ；预孵育过夜）可降低暴露于 1 mM 氯喹（CQ；4 小时）或二酰胺（一种 GSH 氧化剂；4 小时）的人红细胞悬浮液（5%）中的溶血程度（5 μΜ）。在这些药物诱导的氧化应激作用下，G6PD activator AG1 可提高 GSH 水平，降低 ROS 水平，同时提高 G6PD 活性。[1] G6PD activator AG1（50、100、250、500、750、1000 nM）可使 SH-SY5Y 细胞的存活率提高 20%，并提高 Canton G6PD 的蛋白水解稳定性。当用 siRNA 敲除 G6PD 时，G6PD activator AG1 没有任何作用，这证明了 G6PD activator AG1 对 G6PD 的特异性。[1]
