名称	Heparin sodium salt
描述	Heparin sodium salt (Sodium heparinate) is an anticoagulant that interferes with several aspects of the blood clotting process. Heparin sodium salt reversibly binds to antithrombin III and accelerates the inactivation of prothrombin factors IIa and Xa, thereby exerting an anticoagulant effect.
激酶实验	In vitro assay of CYP17: The in vitro CYP17 inhibitory activity of Galeterone is evaluated using rapid acetic acid releasing assay (AARA), utilizing intact P450c17-expressing E. coli as the enzyme source. It involves the use of [21-3H]-17α-hydroxypregnenolone as the substrate, and CYP17 activity is measured by the amount of tritiated acetic acid formed during the cleavage of the C-21 side chain of the substrate. IC50 value is obtained directly from plots relating percentage inhibition versus inhibitor concentration over appropriate ranges.
体外活性	方法：人类胚胎干细胞 HUES-1 用 Heparin sodium salt (10-100 ng/mL) 处理 6 天，检测细胞形态和细胞数。结果：在不存在 FGF-2 的情况下，向 hESF8 培养基中添加 Heparin sodium salt 以剂量依赖的方式促进 HUES-1 细胞增殖。在 100-200 ng/mL 的 Heparin sodium salt 下效果最大，而 1000 ng/mL 则明显有害。[1]
体内活性	方法：为研究对食物摄入量的影响，将 Heparin sodium salt (1 mg/kg) 单次腹腔注射给 C57BL6/J 小鼠。结果：Heparin sodium salt 刺激食物摄入，单次注射的食欲作用持续 6 h。注射后 1、3 和 12 h，雄性和雌性小鼠增加了食物摄入。[2]
