Bioactivity

名称	Theaflavin 3,3′-digallate
描述	Theaflavin 3,3'-digallate, a major polyphenol found in black tea, is an inducer of oxidative stress which has anti-inflammatory and cancer chemopreventive actions, it reduces tumor angiogenesis by downregulating HIF-1αand VEGF.
体外活性	Theaflavin 3,3'-digallate (TF-3) 浓度为 6.25、12.5 和 25 μM，作用 24 小时后，以剂量依赖性方式显著降低病毒 RNA 水平以及 NS3 和 U87 MG 蛋白的表达 [1]。Theaflavin 3,3'-digallate 在 Vero E6 细胞中表现出强效抗寨卡病毒复制活性 (EC50: 7.65 μM)，同时在剂量高达 40 μM 时表现出最小的细胞毒性。Theaflavin 3,3'-digallate 会干扰寨卡病毒复制周期的进入后阶段，从而破坏基因转录和翻译 [1]。Theaflavin 3,3'-digallate 可快速持续降低磷酸化 ERK1/2 和磷酸化 MEK1/2 蛋白水平，并抑制 HCT116 细胞生长（IC50：17.26 μM）[2]。
体内活性	体内，Theaflavin 3,3'-digallate降低了小鼠LPS诱导的急性肺损伤模型中的TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的血清水平，并减少了肺水肿、肺充血和肺泡壁增厚。它还在体外抑制了破骨细胞的形成、极化和破骨过程，并以剂量依赖方式减少了小鼠体内由钛粒子引起的骨侵蚀及成熟破骨细胞的数量[3]。
