名称	N-Lauroylsarcosine
描述	N-Lauroylsarcosine is an amphiphilic anionic surfactant derived from sarcosine , commonly used as a foaming agent and detergent for the preparation of ph-sensitive vesicles and micellar aggregates with antiviral activity against HSV.
体外活性	N-Lauroylsarcosine（LS）在细胞培养中能有效抑制 HSV-2（333 株）的感染性，50% 和 90% 抑制浓度分别为 141.76 μM 和 225.30 μM，表明其具有较强的抗病毒活性[1]。
体内活性	在小鼠阴道内感染模型中，使用含 2.5% N-Lauroylsarcosine 的热可逆凝胶预处理可完全防止 HSV-2 感染，动物无症状且病毒在阴道黏膜中不可检出[1]。
