名称	Telithromycin
描述	Telithromycin is a semisynthetic 14-membered macrolide antibiotic and erythromycin derivative that binds to the 50S subunit of the 70S bacterial ribosome, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, and exhibits antimicrobial activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria for the treatment of mild to moderate respiratory infections.
体外活性	采用微量肉汤稀释法、琼脂稀释法、E-test法等方法测定了Telithromycin的体外抗菌活性。其MIC分布均匀（MIC范围为0.003～0.25 μg/ml）[1]。但其对鸟分枝杆菌复合体的MIC50和MIC90均大于16 μg/ml，表明其体外抗菌活性较弱[2]。
体内活性	小鼠模型显示，口服Telithromycin（3-26mg/kg）对耐红霉素A败血症具有卓越的疗效，并对多种致病菌表现出显著的抗菌作用。在耐红霉素A肺炎链球菌模型中，Telithromycin的ED50为6.5mg/kg，其疗效与阿奇霉素相当。在100mg/kg剂量下，Telithromycin的血浆Cmax达到8.5mg/L，肺浓度为13.3μg/g，分布体积接近人体，血浆和肺组织的半衰期分别为2.5小时和2.8小时[3]。

溶解度	H2O : Insoluble Ethanol : 30 mg/mL (36.95 mM), Sonication is recommended. 10% DMSO+40% PEG300+5% Tween-80+45% Saline : 3.3 mg/mL (4.06 mM), Sonication is recommeded. DMSO : 80 mg/mL (98.52 mM), Sonication is recommended.
