名称	L-Ornithine
描述	L-Ornithine ((S)-2, 5-diaminopentanoic acid) is a non-protein amino acid. L-Ornithine is mainly used in the urea cycle to remove excess nitrogen from the body. L-Ornithine is renoprotective. L-Ornithine has antifatigue effects.
体外活性	方法： HK-2 细胞用L-Ornithine（100 、 300 μM）处理24小时，使用荧光显微镜检测ROS水平。结果：鸟氨酸对HK-2细胞中ROS的产生具有保护作用。[1]
体内活性	方法：为研究L-Ornithine对外周生物钟基因表达的影响，将L-Ornithine（1000 mg/kg）口服给小鼠，连续3天。结果：L-Ornithine处理的小鼠在肝脏、下颌下腺和肾脏中PER2基因的表达相位显著提前。[2] 方法：为研究L-Ornithine对睡眠行为的影响，将L-Ornithine添加到母鼠饮食中，观察其对后代小鼠睡眠行为的影响。结果：补充L-Ornithine可以增加小鼠的睡眠样行为。[3] 方法：为研究L-Ornithine对急性坏死性胰腺炎的影响，将L-Ornithine（3 g/kg）腹腔注射给大鼠。结果：L-Ornithine可以诱导大鼠发生严重的急性坏死性胰腺炎。[4]
