名称	D-Luciferin potassium
描述	D-Luciferin potassium (D-Luciferin K Salt) is a luciferase (Luc) substrate that catalyzes the production of typical yellow-green light (560 nm) by bioluminescent insects. D-Luciferin potassium can be used in luciferase assays.
激酶实验	Enolase activity assay is in the 2.0 mM MgSO4 and 400 mM KCl in the absence or presence of ENOblock or NaF, at 37°C by incubating pure enolase (3–9 U) in a buffer containing 50 mM imidazole-HCl (pH 6.8). The reaction is initiated by adding 1 μmol of 2-phospho-D-glycerate, and the OD is measured after 10 min of reaction time with a spectrophometer at 240 nm.
体外活性	方法：用于体外生物发光分析的 D-Luciferin potassium 的制备： 1、用无菌水配制 200× D-Luciferin 储备液 (30 mg/mL)，轻轻混匀，直到全部溶解。配制完成后可立即使用，也可分装储存于 -20℃。 2、在预热的组织培养基中配制 1× D-Luciferin (150 µg/mL) 工作液。 3、吸出培养细胞的培养基。 4、在成像前向细胞中加入 1× D-Luciferin 溶液。成像前将细胞在 37℃ 下培养一小段时间可增加信号。
体内活性	方法：用于体内生物发光分析的 D-Luciferin potassium 的制备： 1、用 DPBS 配制新鲜的 15 mg/mL D-Luciferin 储备液。用 0.20 um 过滤器过滤消毒。 2、按小鼠体重注射 10 µL/g。每只小鼠应注射 150 mg D-Luciferin/kg 体重。例如，对于体重 10 g 的小鼠，注射 100 µL 以提供 1.5 mg D-Luciferin。 3、在成像前 10-15 min 腹腔注射 D-Luciferin。应为每种动物模型进行荧光素动力学研究，以确定峰值信号时间。
