Sodium gluconate is a kind of sodium polyhydroxy carboxylate, also known as sodium pentahydroxy caproate. It is white or light-yellow crystalline particles or powder. It is very soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol and insoluble in ether. The product has good retarding effect and excellent taste.
Sodium gluconate uses.
