TPP-1 is an effective inhibitor peptide of PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, with a sequence containing 22 amino acids. TPP-1 binds specifically to PD-L1 with high affinity (KD=95 nM). In animal models, TPP-1 inhibits tumor growth by reactivating T cell function. In the xenograft mouse model, the tumor growth of TPP-1 treated mice was 56% -71% lower than that of the control group.
