Description： Urocortin II是由41个氨基酸组成的直链多肽，以时间和浓度依赖性方式增加细胞缩短并加速兔心室肌细胞的松弛。在体内，urocortin 通过外周 CRF2 受体激动降低血压正常和自发性高血压大鼠的动脉血压。 当以 3 和 30 pmol/kg 的剂量给药时，它会在大鼠中诱发剂量依赖性心动过速和低血压。 Urocortin（10 和 20 μg/kg）还可以降低清醒大鼠对结直肠扩张的内脏疼痛反应，并延迟小鼠的胃排空。

Urocortin II is a linear peptide composed of 41 amino acids, which increases cell shortening and accelerates relaxation of rabbit ventricular Muscle cell in a time and concentration dependent manner. In vivo, urocortin reduces arterial blood pressure in normotensive and spontaneously hypertensive rats by activating peripheral CRF2 receptors. When administered at doses of 3 and 30 pmol/kg, it induces dose-dependent tachycardia and Hypotension in rats. Urocortin (10 and 20 μ G/kg can also reduce the visceral pain response to colorectal dilation in conscious rats and delay gastric emptying in mice.
