Description：Jingzhaotoxin III 是 NaV1.5 通道的选择性阻断剂 (IC50=348 nM)多肽，是由36个氨基酸组成的环状多肽，多肽结构中含有三对二硫键，对其他亚型没有影响，包括 NaV1.2、NaV1.4、NaV1.6 和 NaV1.7。 认为通过与域 II 的 NaV1.5 S3-S4 接头结合来抑制钠通道激活。Jingzhaotoxin III可选择性抑制心脏钠通道的激活，但对背根神经节神经元的钠通道没有影响。

Jingzhaotoxin III is a selective blocker (IC50=348 nM) peptide of the NaV1.5 channel. It is a cyclic peptide composed of 36 amino acids and contains three pairs of disulfide bonds, which have no effect on other subtypes, including NaV1.2, NaV1.4, NaV1.6, and NaV1.7. It is believed that the activation of sodium channels can be inhibited by binding to the NaV1.5 S3-S4 junction of domain II. Jingzhaotoxin III can selectively inhibit the activation of cardiac sodium channels, but has no effect on the sodium channels of dorsal root ganglion neurons.
