Description：益智二肽是由三个氨基酸组成，并且在N段连有一个正己酸，所以多肽结构相对稳定。因为分子量比较小，所以在临床上，Dihexa是作为口服活性的原料药，主要作用是渗透血脑屏障的血管紧张素IV类似物，对肝细胞生长因子(HGF)具有高亲和力。

Dihexa is composed of three amino acids, and there is a n-hexanoic acid connected to the N-segment, so the peptide structure is relatively stable. Due to its relatively small molecular weight, Dihexa is used as an oral active raw material in clinical practice, mainly as an angiotensin IV analogue that penetrates the blood-brain barrier and has a high affinity for hepatocyte growth factor (HGF).
