Description：艾替班特是在缓激肽2型(B2)受体的选择性竞争性拮抗剂，是一种有相似于缓激肽结构的十肽，其中有5个非蛋白源的氨基酸。欧盟早在2010年11月1日已批准艾替班特上市，用于治疗遗传性血管水肿（HAE）急性发作。

Icatibant is a selective competitive antagonist of bradykinin type 2 (B2) receptor, a decapeptide with a structure similar to bradykinin, in which there are 5 amino acids of non protein origin. As early as November 1, 2010, the European Union approved the launch of ateban for the treatment of acute episodes of hereditary angioedema (HAE).
